My journey in real estate began in the water well drilling industry where I have worked for over two decades across many states. Working on projects spanning from raw land development, resource protection, well inspections for real estate transactions both commercial and domestic. I have had the good fortune of working alongside developers and home owners alike. Enjoying the complete process, it became clear to me that I wanted to be at the grass roots level of such an important time as both land development, buying and selling homes creates.
Growing up in the country and spending my childhood summers herding cattle and working with animals on my uncle’s farm, rural life and the joys it brings are apart of the fabric of my being. While I understand that the farm life and acres of land aren’t for everyone, there is an undeniable magic that comes with living in these communities and around them. This joy, freedom and passion have been with me as I have lived both in the country and the city. I can share with you both the joys of country life or city living and the unique aspects of each.
I am an attentive broker and advocate for your objectives. Quick responses and follow ups with you, I will not leave you hanging should time sensitive issues arise. I have established a strong history in practice of being a productive listener and communicator that does not taper off should things become complicated.
I am proud to hang my hat at RE/MAX NW Realtors, an incredible brokerage. While handling the negotiations I keep in mind that the value of this one transaction can bear more weight than simple monetary gain, especially if we are working on the purchase of your dream home or the sale of a longtime investment. Possibly one of the most important aspects of doing business with me is that I will not pressure you, I am here to help you.
